Dear Family and Friends,
WORD
“Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world…Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God, and every spirit that does not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God…By this we know the spirit of truth and the spirit of error.” (I John 4:2-6)
WISDOM
Just as the Spirit of Truth (the Holy Spirit) is alive and active in the world today, so also is the spirit of error (a Satanic spirit). A person can be adversely affected by the spirit of error due to a conscious wrong choice, or because of an uninformed and immature choice. Either way it is detrimental, and we must be on guard to “test the spirit” of information that we receive, to see whether it matches the unchanging truths of God’s revealed Word in Scripture.

The photo (above) of the shark attacking a man reminds us of how Satan would like to attack us by taking God’s Word from us, or by diluting it. We must regularly use our “belt of truth and shield of faith” (Eph.6:16)

WIT
To help remember the 9 Planets in order: (Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto), just repeat, “Mr. Vender, Each Month Just Save Us Nine Pizzas!”
WELLSPRING

A WORK of the Lord in Japan.
A regular Guest Speaker at CFN-Japan Bible School is Rev. Bill Wood, (photo below) a veteran missionary in Japan, who is especially helpful to churches and believers who confront cults and false teaching, such as Jehovah’s Witness, Mormons, cultic churches, “Second Chance” churches, etc. His input to students and Staff is valuable and well received.

Pastor Wood, Founder of “Word of Truth Ministries-Japan”, has also ministered in countries of Europe, Asia, and South America. He and his wife, Yasumi-san, have 3 children, the eldest of whom recently married. Please PRAY that believers in Japan continue to follow and minister the Word of Truth to others, and that CFN-Japan Bible School fulfill its role of assisting local pastors in training spiritual leaders in the nation.

Standing together with you looking to the Lord,

Charles and Dianne Gyurko
