Dear Family and Friends
WORD
“Pray always.” (I Thes. 5:17)
WISDOM
Prayer is man’s communication with God.  This is not always on our knees, but also at other times, such as while driving, shopping, cooking, working on the job, walking from one room to another, etc.  The fact is, since we can never really leave His Presence, because we’re all physically dependent on Him for air, heartbeat, gravity, planet Earth, etc., let’s enjoy the privilege of always being IN HIS PRESENCE, and of fellowshipping with Him, whatever we’re doing.  We CAN “pray always”.

WIT
Let’s face it, when “The Truth hurts”,….it’s working!

A WORK of the Lord in Japan.

Since it began in 1970, Christ For The Nations in Dallas, Texas (U.S.A.) has welcomed students from Japan and many other countries. One of them was Kazushi Mitani-san, who studied there in 1981-82, together with Charles & Dianne Gyurko. Kazushi-san returned to Japan, got married, and began Pastoring. The Gyurkos followed later, and began CFN-Japan in 1985.

Now pastoring a church in Tokyo, Rev. Mitani is shown above (photo - 1995) with his wife, Noriko-san, and their 1st child, Aska-san. He and other graduates of CFNI (U.S.A.) are welcome at all Alumni Meetings of CFN-Japan, since all have experienced the same spiritual roots. Please pray for the present and the future Alumni, as they share the Good News of Jesus throughout the nation by their word and by their lives.

Standing together with you looking to the Lord,

Charles and Dianne Gyurko
