Dear Family and Friends,
This cartoon was printed with permission of the author.   Thanks Mike.

WORD
“He (Jesus) has made us alive together with Him, having forgiven all trespasses. (Col.2:13). “The Son shall make you free, and you shall be free indeed.”(John 8:36)
WISDOM
The above cartoon shows the reality that Jesus paid the penalty for each person’s sin by His cross and resurrection, freeing us to walk in righteousness and joy, out of our former bondage.  But if a person chooses not to hear, or believe, or receive Jesus’ pardon, then that person chooses to remain in the bondage of his “sin prison”, and “judges himself unworthy of everlasting life” (Acts 13:46)

People whom we mix with each day, are either IN or OUT of this real, but invisible jail. It is part of our “jail ministry” to share our appreciation of who Jesus is and what He has done for us individually, which helps others realize where they’re at, and make choices to receive Jesus, and freedom.
WIT
The married couple told me, “We’ve been through thick and thin, feast and famine, highs and lows, pressures and triumphs, …and that was just last week!”

WELLSPRING
“Enjoying Haiku Insight-Out”

Captured by God’s love,
Locked in His loving embrace,
I find my freedom.

A WORK of the Lord in Japan.

Students of CFN-Japan Bible School, recognizing their freedom in Christ, share the Good News on the streets of Sapporo (below), and invite listeners to hear and respond to Jesus’ invitation to receive His love. This bold witness is done on busy sidewalks, parks, and even in the entertainment section of the city.

The power of the Blood of Jesus can penetrate any barrier of doubt or indifference, and liberate completely all who seek Him.  Especially at the beginning of this month, please pray for CFN-Japan Bible School and for the local churches, that the Lord of the Harvest will send many laborers into His Harvest in Japan.

Standing together with you looking to the Lord,

Charles and Dianne Gyurko
