Dear Family and Friends,

WORD
“I can do all things through Him Who strengthens me.”  “I pray…that you may know what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power.” (Eph. 1:19)
WISDOM
If the dog (photo above) can be trained to do what looks impossible, so can we! Jesus said to us, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations.” (Matt.28:19) That sounds impossible, but if we work and pray under His authority, and with the  mighty power of the Holy Spirit at work in us, it is possible to complete the task. So let’s get going!

WIT
The true story is told of a preacher who came to a town for the first time, and after looking it over he said, “If the devil were Mayor of this town, he wouldn’t have to change a thing!”
WELLSPRING
“Enjoying Haiku Insight-Out”

Friends aboard a ship,
Wave “Goodbye” as it leaves, but...
Far shores shout “Welcome”.

A WORK of the Lord in Japan.
Making disciples” means enabling people to GROW in their knowledge and relationship with Him Who is Truth.  This is what CFN-Japan Bible School does by teaching and by action. As part of their practical training, CFN-Japan Bible School students take the Gospel of Jesus to different nations, such as to Russia (see ship below).

The “Hammer and Sickle”, a symbol of work on the Russian flag (above), can also be seen as “a dove in downward flight”, a symbol of the Holy Spirit.  His Presence and Power can change a nation, when Christians pray and work together to share the Good News of Jesus with family, friends, and neighbors. It’s not an impossible task for each of us. Please pray and join in the efforts of CFN-Japan in sharing the Good News of Jesus.

Standing together with you looking to the Lord,
